the Great Cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo) and
the Little Cormorant (Phalacrocorax niger),
the latter being the most common cormorant of three Cormorant species that occur in Sri Lanka.
The photo is taken at the Senanayake Samudra,
which is the largest lake of Sri Lanka and forming the core of the Gal Oya National Park.
